Having technical difficulties....could this be any uglier???

update....I finally got the background back, but now cannot find the edit tool to change font colors, size, borders, ect......
Anyone have input???
Go to design, under the big tabs there is writing that says template designer. Go in there you can change everything. I like the header. That is the part Im having a difficult time with. :)
