Day one, was purposefully slow. Day 2, I did run, and since I had taken so many pictures the day before, I didn't take many on day 2.
Soooo much poison oak right now. One thing about the horrible stuff....it makes everything so green, and after it's done being green, it's a beautiful mix of green and red. Deceptive. I think everything poisonous should be ugly, then I'd feel less conflicted for thinking it's so pretty. It really is nasty stuff.
I love that green patch over there. If you head up Back creek trail, there is a nice single track trail through all that green called Tickwood. It cuts over to Donner.
70 was feeling really warm.
