Kids are just getting up...on their "summer" sleep schedule, and they DO NOT want to run today!
Looks like I'm hitting the treadmill cuz when the schedule says "run"....I gotta run!
Since I'll be getting it done at home, I'm thinking it's a great day to do a run/bike/run/workout day. It is July after all, and I do have that duathlon in September....maybe I should see how it feels, or more likely find out how much training I need to get under my legs so it doesn't hurt as bad!
